What we collect
Through this website we collect what you choose to send us: rental applications (including details about occupants, residence and employment history, and photo ID), maintenance requests and photos, and contact messages.
How we use it
We use your information to assess rental applications, carry out the credit, background and reference checks you consent to, manage tenancies, arrange repairs and reply to you. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.
How it’s handled
Forms on this site are sent directly to our office by email. Submissions and photos are not stored on the website. This site doesn’t use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. We keep application and tenancy records only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, and we limit access to people who need it.
Your choices
You may ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent where applicable, by contacting us at office@quadera.ca or 807-475-4958.
